Lab Grown Brilliance

Experience the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds, with a smaller carbon footprint.

FABULOUSLY GROWN. INTELLIGENTLY CRAFTED.

Same Sparkle. Different Origin.

DAIMANTÉ jewellery is crafted with laboratory-grown diamonds real diamonds with the same crystal structure, brilliance, and durability as mined diamonds.

The difference is their origin. Instead of being mined from the earth, our diamonds are created in carefully controlled environments using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process.

Like mined diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds are graded by leading gemological institutions on the same four essential characteristics: Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat.

At DAIMANTÉ, we carefully select and craft each diamond to create jewellery that brings together timeless beauty, modern technology, and conscious luxury.

Same diamond. Same brilliance. Different origin.

THE PROCESS

  • Seeding the Chamber
    1

    Seeding the Chamber

The process begins with a thin slice of a high-quality diamond, known as a seed plate. This seed is carefully placed on a substrate holder within a sealed, sterile vacuum chamber. The chamber is then filled with a carbon-rich gas, typically a mixture of hydrogen and methane.

  • Creating Plasma
    2

    Creating Plasma

Energy, typically from a microwave beam, is introduced into the chamber. This intense energy ionizes the gases, creating a glowing, high-temperature plasma ball. The plasma breaks down the molecular bonds of the gases, releasing pure carbon atoms.

  • A Diamond is born
    3

    A Diamond is born

The liberated carbon atoms from the plasma begin to deposit onto the cooler diamond seed plate. Layer by layer, atom by atom, the carbon precipitates and crystallises, causing the diamond to grow. This process continues for several weeks until a large, rough diamond crystal is formed.

    Piece of Luxury

The rough diamond is then sent to a master cutter who cuts and polishes it, just like a natural diamond. The result is a stunning, faceted diamond that is chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond.

  • The CUT

    The CUT

We offer a range of diamond cuts, each precisely crafted to shape light and reveal exceptional brilliance and sparkle.

  • The COLOR

    The COLOR

We only choose E & F color diamonds for your DAIMANTÉ jewellery. Carefully selected for luminous whiteness and visual harmony.

    The CLARITY

Predominantly VS/VVS grade, ensuring exceptional purity and near-flawless brilliance

  • The CARAT

    The CARAT

The word Carat comes from the carob seed, whose consistent weight was used in times past to measure diamonds.

OUR NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALITY STANDARDS

To honor the legacy of fine jewellery, DAIMANTÉ follows a strict quality philosophy.

We intentionally do not work with lower clarity or colour grades. Fine jewellery is not about abundance of choice: it is about discernment.

VS/VVS CLARITY

VS/VVS CLARITY

VS/VVS (Very Slightly to Very Very Slightly Included) stones have inclusions that are extremely difficult to detect even under 10× magnification.

To the naked eye, they appear exceptionally clean, allowing light to pass through effortlessly and enhancing brilliance and sparkle.

COLOURS: E & F

COLOURS: E & F

E and F fall within the colourless range, the highest tier on the diamond colour scale.

These diamonds exhibit:

  • Exceptional whiteness.
  • Superior light performance.
  • A crisp, luminous brilliance.

By limiting ourselves to E and F colour grades, we ensure every DAIMANTÉ piece radiates refined elegance without visible warmth or tint.

IGI CERTIFIED DIAMONDS

IGI CERTIFIED DIAMONDS

All our laboratory grown diamond jewellery comes certified from the IGI, International Gemological Institute. IGI grades diamonds, gemstones and jewellery in more locations around the world than any other gemological organization. IGI has received ISO 17025 accreditation for both natural and lab grown diamond grading.

VS/VVS CLARITY AND E&F COLOUR ENSURES

Consistent brilliance across every piece.

Jewellery that retains its beauty over time.

A visual experience comparable to high-grade natural diamonds.

FAQs

What is IGI lab-grown diamond certification?

An IGI certification is an independent grading report that verifies the quality and characteristics of a lab-grown diamond, including its carat weight, colour, clarity, cut, measurements, and growth method. It provides transparency and assurance about your diamond’s quality and authenticity.

Why is diamond certification important?

Diamond certification provides independent verification of your diamond’s quality and characteristics. It gives you transparency and confidence in what you are purchasing, with key details such as carat weight, colour, clarity, and growth method documented by an independent gemological institute.

What details are included in a diamond certificate of authenticity?

A diamond certificate includes key details such as carat weight, colour, clarity, measurements, cut, growth method, and the diamond’s unique report number. These details provide a clear record of your diamond’s characteristics and help verify its identity and quality.
