Your jewellery is packed securely in DAIMANTÉ packaging. Every shipment is 100% insured and protected with OTP verification at delivery, giving you added security from dispatch to delivery.

What is the expected delivery time?

Under DAIMANTÉ's Lifetime Exchange Policy:

No cash refund is provided under the Exchange Policy.
The original certificate must accompany the product.
The Exchange Policy is applicable to products sold across India.
Shipping charges, certification charges, GST, and making charges are non-refundable.
All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by DAIMANTÉ.

Lifetime Buyback Policy

Under DAIMANTÉ's Lifetime Buyback Policy, the buyback value is calculated as:

⁠80% of the original invoice price of the lab-grown diamonds used in the jewellery.

The following deductions apply:

⁠Any discounts or promotional benefits availed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the diamond value.
Taxes and making charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
₹1,500 logistics and processing fee will be deducted from the final buyback value.

Buyback is subject to:

⁠Successful quality inspection and approval by DAIMANTÉ.
⁠Submission of the original product and certificate.
Products showing signs of tampering, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear

What are the diamonds used in DAIMANTÉ jewellery?

DAIMANTÉ designs jewellery with planet friendly laboratory grown diamonds. They’re 100% real diamonds, identical to natural diamonds in every way except origin. We use only Type 2A (II-A) diamonds, created using advanced CVD technology. They’re certified, tested, and graded just like mined ones.

Are DAIMANTÉ diamonds certified?

Yes. Every DAIMANTÉ piece comes with an authenticity certificate from International Gemological Institute (IGI), verifying the diamond’s quality, grading, and sustainable origin.

How durable are laboratory grown diamonds?

Laboratory grown diamonds are just as durable as mined ones. Rated 10 on the Mohs scale, they’re suitable for daily wear, just like traditional diamonds.
